Life is something to be grateful for. Something I've come to appreciate through this journey would be learning to accept yourself wholeheartedly. To learn self-love is no easy task, but not impossible. Through my writing I've come to understand while life may not always make sense to us, there are always invaluable lessons to take away. Through the dark times we are given the tools needed for growth, success, evolution, and best of all- the ability to help others along the way. I will not promise that these books will bring you miracles, they can provide a bit of comfort in knowing we're all doing the best we know how. Laugh at the mistakes and poor choices we've all been guilty of making at times. Learn to see the toxic relationships as blessings in disguise; they teach you to value yourself, and what love should/shouldn't be. Understand there is no better time to start improving yourself, and your life than NOW. My challenge to you, are you capable of learning and doing better? Can you unlearn the conditioning and become the best version of yourself? What is holding you back?

In this life, we will always remain humble helpers. Life isn't always the adventure we anticipate. Some days are tough, but we are tougher. We are resilient, we are always evolving into the best versions of "us" we can be. It's through the storms we learn to value the light. We learn that ultimately, the light from within can dull the dark times. The resilience we develop through weathering the storms of life is a privilige many are denied. While it is difficult to keep our heads above the water at times, it can become easier when you just learn to float. Stop resisting. Stop forcing outcomes, or expectations. Accept the natural flow of your life, and embrace all it has to offer.
If you're feeling alone, lost, unsure, or uncertain how to begin shaping your life into something greater, take a seat. Get comfortable. Take my hand, you're not alone. I want others to learn that healing is possible. Growth is possible. Change is possible. You are deserving, worthy, and capable of having the life you've always desired. You are able to make the call, change the game at any point in time. You just have to make the decision to start.
It really can be that simple.
